Valyceum Estates: The Renewable Realty, fully supports the principles of the Fair
Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968) and all its amendments.
Generally, this act prohibits discrimination in any housing-related transaction
including but not limited to the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings.
According to this act, it is unlawful to discriminate based on race, color, national
origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living
with parents of legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of
children under the age of 18), and handicap (disability). Furthermore, Valyceum
Estates does not discriminate because of sexual orientation, gender or age (except
those legally incapable of entering contracts or for recognized senior housing
establishments).
Each Valyceum Estates office and salesperson is contractually required to comply,
in all respects, with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to the real estate
industry, including without limitation, the requirements imposed by the Fair
Housing Act.
