During the first consultation and introductory lesson Marla
will closely observe your body's natural movement, then
create a specialized routine that targets the areas that you
would like to strengthen, activate or have more awareness
of.

Marla has experience with many body types and health
conditions. Call her to find out what kind of postures she
would recommend. Often recommendations mirror what
you might have done at physical therapy, in another fitness
class, or stretches before competitive sports. What makes
her different is that she is familiar with the benefits of each
posture and the way to adapt poses to create a routine
especially for you.

A one-on-one lesson maximizes the benefits of yoga for the
student, as Marla's attention is focused and committed to
helping you reach your goals. You may use private lessons
to help you benefit even more from your weekly yoga class.

Classes will vary slightly to keep the sessions feeling fresh.
You will have confidence that you are always learning
something new.

Students are encouraged to take notes to integrate postures
and practices into their daily routines.

The cost of the private sessions:
$55 for 75 minutes of yoga
$65 for 90 minutes of yoga
some fees apply for distances over 30 miles and additional people.
Discounts for packages of 8-16 week packages.

Classes are created so that after 8, 12 or 16 weeks you can
confidently do your 20 minute and 1 hour long routine on
your own.

Classes can be scheduled weekly or twice a week.
