How we can help you be healthier
At Devi Yoga we know that health is constantly changing. We teach you
techniques that regulate any dis-ease or discomfort you feel. Yoga and
breathing (pranayama) can help you create a strong bond between your mind
and your body so that when dis-ease hits, you know how to stop it in its early
stages.

Mission Statement
Devi Yoga believes that health is a combination of four components: the breath,
movement, nutrition, and the calmness of the mental state. Devi Yoga bases its
teaching on these aspects of health. We help students to bridge the gap between
on-the-mat and off-the-mat learning. Values can be appreciated through yoga
and then adapted to students’ own lives. Devi Yoga encourages students to find
the answer to questions through their own experience. Finally, individual
success is based on concentration, intention, honesty with the Self, awareness,
and acceptance. Devi Yoga students consciously choose how to live their lives—
and choose health over and over again.
